We can offer you free shipping if the net value of your order is more than £75.
Delivery Details
You will receive information about delivery costs on the checkout page when you are placing your order, as well as in the confirmation of your order, and in the invoice too.
Our delivery costs are calculated on a weight basis (rounded upto nearest 100g) and kept updated with current charges billed by our delivery companies. Most UK deliveries will be made using services provided by Hermes. Most international deliveries will be made using services provided by Royal Mail.
UK Deliveries
UK deliveries are usually made using Hermes courier collection, that provides a reliable and rapid door – door delivery service.
Orders placed on a working day before 5 pm will be dispatched the following day and will usually be delivered within 3 working days. In a remote area of the UK delivery may take upto 5 working days. Delivery will take place to your door. Hermes will attempt re-delivery on 3 occasions if they miss your original delivery. Parcels will be tracked and up to £50 compensation is offered by Hermes for failure to deliver your order.
International Deliveries
International deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world will be made using UK Royal Mail services.
Royal Mail International Standard

Orders placed on a working day before 5 pm will be dispatched the following day and will then usually be delivered within 3 working days. European deliveries will typically take between 3 - 5 working days. Deliveries to the rest of the world (Zones 1,2) will take 5 – 7 working days. In keeping with Royal Mail terms free returns will be offered by Royal Mail for undelivered goods and £20 compensation included as standard.
Customs information
For non-EU international deliveries customs charges may additionally be incurred. A CN22 form will be completed for all items (below £270 in value) and the customer/recipient of delivery will be liable for any additional import duty to be paid.
PowdaCraft colours are supplied in a powdered polyester form and are shipped according to Integrated tariff of the European Community (Taric) with the following commodity code - 32 07 408590 for exporting and intrastat reporting.
Customs charges will be incurred for deliveries to : Channel Islands, Andorra, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, San Marino, Vatican State City.
Deliveries to Jersey will attract a GST of 5% if the cost of the goods (including shipping and insurace costs) is over £240.
